A generous portion of clear lobster meat served on a toasted bun, with mayonnaise or drawn butter on the side.  
FRIED HADDOCK SANDWICH
Served with lettuce and tomato on a toasted bun, and our own tartar sauce on the side.  
FRIED CLAIM ROLL
A general portion of fresh Maine claims, served on a toasted bun, with homemade tartar sauce on the side.  
BLACK ANGUS 8 OZ HAMBURGER DELUXE
Served with lettuce and tomato on a toasted bun with Swiss, American or Cheddar Cheese, add .50 with Bacon, add .75 sauteed mushrooms or onions add .50.  
BROILED OR FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICHE
A boneless breast of chicken served with lettuce and tomato on a toasted bun. Brushed with your choice of garlic oil or barbecue sauce.
